The site is intended to provide information about ICLA products and services, facilitate technical advice and enable commercial contact. You agree to use it lawfully, without damaging, interfering with or overloading the service, and not to attempt unauthorised access.

All content on the site — texts, images, logos, graphics, designs, structure, code and catalogues — is owned by ICLA or its licensors and is protected by Guatemalan and international intellectual property law (Industrial Property Law, Decree 57-2000; Copyright and Related Rights Law, Decree 33-98).

• Trademarks: "ICLA", "ICLA VERNICI", "ICLA CHROME" and ICLA's distinctive signs are trademarks of ICLA. Their unauthorised use is prohibited.
• Third-party trademarks: The names and logos of brands and partners mentioned (SIRCA, Provocazioni, among others) belong to their respective owners and are cited solely for informational and distribution purposes.
• Licence of use: A limited, revocable and non-exclusive licence is granted to view the content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation of the content without ICLA's prior written authorisation is prohibited.

4. Products and catalogue

Product images, descriptions and technical specifications are for illustrative purposes. ICLA reserves the right to change features, pack sizes and prices without prior notice. The availability and final price of each product are confirmed at the time of quotation or purchase.

5. Technical advice

The technical information and recommendations of the AI advisor or the ICLA team are offered in good faith as general guidance. Final results depend on many factors (substrate, preparation, application conditions, environment). ICLA does not guarantee specific results and recommends carrying out preliminary tests.

The site may contain links to external sites. ICLA is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

7. Limitation of liability
