Accessibility Statement

ICLA — Italian Coatings Latinoamérica is committed to digital inclusion. This statement describes the accessibility level of iclacoatings.com and our commitment to people with disabilities, particularly those with visual or mobility impairments.

1. Reference standard

We apply the W3C WCAG 2.1 guidelines, conformance level AA, internationally recognised as the web accessibility standard.

2. Measures implemented

  • Keyboard navigation: all content and functions can be operated without a mouse, with a "skip to content" link to avoid repeating navigation.
  • Visible focus: links and buttons show a visible outline when navigating with the keyboard.
  • Colour contrast: we adjust text to a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text.
  • Alternative text: images have descriptions (alt) for screen readers.
  • Reduced motion: we respect the system prefers-reduced-motion setting for motion-sensitive users.
  • Semantic structure: hierarchical headings and region landmarks to make orientation easier.
  • Accessible forms: fields with associated labels and clear instructions.

3. Conformance level

We work to ensure the site meets WCAG 2.1 level AA. Some third-party elements (maps, embedded content) may have limitations beyond our direct control; we work with their providers to improve them.

4. Compatibility

The site is tested on the main browsers and is compatible with common assistive technology such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver. We recommend keeping your browser up to date.
